Planning events has been an essential part of growing our business in several regions. In our years of working with luxury hotels and resorts we have built relationships with our clients by creating events that assist them in growing business in the US, the Caribbean, Mexico and LATAM. We work closely with our clients to identify their needs, select locations, build the programs, and cover all miscellaneous details that are essential to a successful event.
Luncheons: Luncheon Events are designed to offer exclusive settings and meetings with select vendors and buyers. Up to 6 Vendors are selected to present their line/services to the entire group. Each vendor will be given 15-20 minutes to present their brand to attendees before lunch. The vendors selected will be the only type provider for that category. Buyers are invited to sit and listen to the presentations and meet with vendors after. Luncheon events are from 11am-3pm.
B2B Meetings: These full day events are designed to bring a larger assortment of Vendors to designated areas for B2B meetings with Spa and Retail Professionals. We invite 15+ buyers from the region to attend our full day event. A schedule will be given and Spa Professionals will be given an agenda to meet with vendors for 15-20 minutes and learn about the services or product line. Buyers are required to visit every table. Full day events from 9am-5pm
Mixers/ Soiree: These Mixer Events are designed to offer exclusive settings and meetings with select vendors and buyers. Up to 8 Vendors are selected to present their line/services to the invited guests. Each vendor will be given a service room or location to offer mini services or showcase their retail products to attendees in a relaxed spa setting. Buyers are invited to enjoy services and move room to room. Mixer Events are from 5pm-9pm (layout and times may vary).
